Data processing terms before customer data.

Qentra requires an executed data processing addendum and applicable product schedule where Qentra processes personal data on a customer's behalf.

01

Scope

The DPA covers documented instructions, processing details, confidentiality, technical and organizational measures, subprocessors, assistance, incidents, deletion and return, audits and international-transfer safeguards.

02

Status

Qentra received an external legal review dated 31 August 2026 for MCP Server Trust Registry. AI Agent Trust Registry requires a short product-specific applicability addendum before paid Marketplace submission. The DPA is available for controlled customer review but is not a generally executable public form. It must be agreed, with the applicable product schedule, before production processing of customer personal data. This page is not itself a contract or legal advice.

03

Request the review copy

Design partners may request the current review package at support@qentra.tech. No Marketplace purchase overrides the requirement to complete applicable data-processing terms before onboarding.
