Before installation
Use Jira Cloud, identify a project administrator and register only authorized public HTTPS MCP endpoints. Do not place personal data, secrets or human contact details in server or tool names.
Data and permissions
The app uses scoped Forge permissions and signed remote invocations. Administrative actions require a live Jira project-admin check. Read the product privacy notice and service-provider register before onboarding.
Support and deletion
Uninstall triggers tenant deletion from the primary service database. Protected backup copies expire under the published recovery policy. For a failed uninstall event, contact support@qentra.tech with the installation reference, never with live secrets.
Current release boundary
The current candidate is intended for a controlled private pilot without a public uptime or recovery SLA. Public Marketplace availability requires the release gates described on the DPA, security and support pages.
